With over 27 years of experience in martial arts, modern dance, and fitness, Tamara Smonker has dedicated her life to exploring movement in all its forms.

Now in her 40s, her work focuses on integrating Yin-based practices such as Qi Gong and Tai Chi with elements of kung fu, functional strength, and natural, intuitive movement. Her approach blends structure and softness, drawing from both tradition and innovation to create deeply embodied, sustainable practices.
